This achievement shows the hard work and large scale community impact PGCF has had over 30 years of operating. Prince George Regional Conference
On April 12th at 1:00pm the Parkinson Society of Prince George will be holding their Prince George Regional Conference. This event provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about Parkinson’s disease. Children’s Festival
The Multicultural Heritage Society and Live Well Prince George are hosting the Northern Multicultural Children’s Festival on May 31st 2025 from 10:00-4:00. This event will feature a combination of music, arts, games, food and drinks for families and children to enjoy. There are also volunteer opportunities for builders, painters, crafters and children’s entertainers.
PGNFC Wellness Fair
Volunteer Prince George will be tabling at The Prince George Native Friendship Centre annual Health and Wellness Fair! This wonderful event will take place on Thursday March 27th from 10:00am–2:00pm at the Prince George Native Friendship Centre, 1600 3rd Ave. The Health and Wellness Fair is a free event for the entire community. See you all there!
Seniors Resource Centre Income Tax Clinic
Do you need help with your tax return? If you have a modest income and a simple tax situation, our Volunteers can assist you! Open to all Seniors who are 55+ and residents of Prince George. See the poster below for Tax Clinic times. Contact the Seniors Resource Centre at 250-564-5888 or drop in to the office at 1330 5th avenue to book an appointment.

The YMCA in partnership with JA of BC have developed a youth program between 16-18 years old called Start Up to Success! This after school program is an opportunity for students to develop career, business, and financial skills while receiving compensation during participation. This program runs for 16 weeks on Thursdays from 6-8pm beginning on March 6th, 2025. For more information on this exciting opportunity,
Women’s Memorial March
The Women’s Memorial March commemorates and honours the lives of those lost and will be held this Friday on February 14, 2025. Please meet at the Prince George Native Friendship Centre for 12:30 PM and join together as the group begins their march to the Courthouse, where performers and speakers will be heard and refreshments will be available. Bring your signs and your voice as
