About Us
Live Well Prince George Society is a volunteer-run organization dedicated to enhancing community living in the north. We are passionate about advocating, supporting, and encouraging the development of community events in and around the Prince George area. We are committed to making a positive impact to our community, and we are constantly seeking new opportunities to do so.
We strive to create a sense of belonging and connectedness in the community and believe that by working together, we can achieve more than any one person can alone.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute your voice, ideas, and expertise to guide the organization’s mission
- Support strategic planning and decision‑making that strengthens community impact
- Advocate for the needs of individuals and families in Prince George
- Participate in board meetings, committees, and community initiatives
- Help ensure responsible governance, transparency, and long‑term sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for community service
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to share ideas
- Commitment to making a truly impactful difference
- Respectful communication and collaborative spirit
- Lived experience, professional skills, or community knowledge that strengthens our board
- Previous board experience is welcome but not required

Time Commitment
Approximately 4–6 hours per month, including board meetings and committee work.
