Wild About Outdoors Learning Society (WAOLS) is a non-profit society whose mandate is to get more people outdoors more often for health and wellness, to foster relationships in the natural world, and to enjoy deep learning experiences. WAOLS initiatives are educational, experiential, free, and outdoors.

Volunteers are welcome at WAOLS:

  • Be a general volunteer at one of the Wild About Outdoor Learning Festivals.
  • Host an information booth about your group.
  • Sponsor an outdoor activity.
  • Attend training to host a Tidal WAV Outdoor Festival.
  • Promote outdoor activity on social media #getOUTdoors #getINvolved
  • Contribute a lesson idea or blog post.

Your participation in the work of Wild About Outdoor Learning is encouraged and will be determined by your interests and time available.
